Stay In-The-Know

One of the best ways to stay current with a particular topic is to have your Information Specialist (IS) create an "Auto-Alert" for you.  Auto-alerts are literature searches that have been created for a specific topic, in a specific database, and are programmed to automatically run at specific time periods (daily, monthly, etc.).  The search results are extracted and automatically emailed to you according to the time schedule chosen.  Contact your Information Specialist to learn more!

Other means of staying current may include monitoring newsletters, websites, upcoming conference sites, and registering for "Table of Contents" or RSS feeds from preferred journals. Several suggestions have been listed below.  If we're missing your favourite current awareness tool (email link) please let us know so that we may add it!
