Using Text Formulas:

  • CONCATENATE

Activities:

  • On the Data Worksheet put your cursor in B3 → from the formula bar select fx (insert function) → search for UPPER → select UPPER → in the text field enter A3, hit ok → use the autofill cursor to extend the formula to B7

  • On the Data Worksheet put your cursor in C3 → from the formula bar select fx (insert function) → search for PROPER → select PROPER → in the text field enter B3, hit ok → use the autofill cursor to extend the formula to C7
  • On the Data Worksheet put your cursor in D3 → from the formula bar select fx (insert function) → search for LOWER → select LOWER → in the text field enter C3, hit ok → use the autofill cursor to extend the formula to D7
  • On the OrderForm worksheet, put cursor in cell C3 → from the formula bar select fx (insert function) → search for CONCATENATE → select CONCATENATE → enter B3 for Text1 → enter “, “ [quote comma space end quote] for Text2 → enter A3 for Text3 → use the autofill cursor to extend the formula for the entire "customer full name" column.
