The Khan Academy is "a not-for-profit with the goal of changing education for the better by providing a free world-class education for anyone anywhere." The site makes use of a learning dashboard to track and test for learning and mastery - see a video describing the dashboard on Youtube. Also, for an example of the offerings, have a look at the sections on Heart Disease and Stroke.
