How Do I Download Google Duo on a Computer or Laptop

1. Open the Internet browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Safari)

2. Type https://duo.google.com in the address bar
   

3. Click the Try Duo for web button and follow the instruction
   

Note: You need a Google account to use Duo for web. If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one following the steps listed in How Do I Create a Google Account.  

 

How Do I Download the Google Duo App (for Cell Phones or Tablets)

1. Tap the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device

2.  Search for Google Duo
   

3. Tap the Get button
   
    

How Do I Sign in to Google Duo App

1. Tap Install

2.  Sign in with your Google Account/Apple ID.

3. If you don’t have a Google Account/Apple ID, you can create one following the instructions listed in How to Create Google Account/Apple ID

4.  Enter your email address or phone number and click the I agree button

5.  Follow the instructions on the screen
   
   
   Note: Google Duo will remember your sign in information when you close Duo.
