The Research Funding Lifecycle
The research funding lifecycle is divided into two phases, the Pre-Award phase and the Post-Award phase.
The Pre-Award Phase captures all activities before receiving any awarded funding, including the development of the idea into a research proposal and the grant application.
The Post-Award Phase focuses on research activities after the funding is granted including conducting the research, grant management and project completion.
