- Send the final content to Patient Education, to arrange formatting and branding with Medical Media
- When you approve the final proof, a form number will be assigned. You can then access the resource from the Online Health Library or by ordering copies from the Print Shop
- It is the responsibility of the team using the resource to review and update the material at least every 3 years to ensure the content is still accurate and reflects clinical best practices
- The Patient and Family Education Program will send reminders about the need to review materials. If they are not reviewed and updated within the allocated time period, materials may be removed from the Online Health Library and Print Shop folder
