Research Staff at Affiliated Hospitals:

Only research staff that are supporting Principal Investigators with faculty appointments at UofT are eligible for remote electronic access to UofT Library licensed resources. Contact the St. Michael's Office of Research Administration to obtain a barcode and PIN number. Access is granted for one year from the requesting date, unless the research staff has a contract which ends earlier. All current staff that have existing UofT library access with PIN numbers will have their expiry date extended.

However, research staff are not entitled to a library card, but may borrow UofT library materials using this form from the St. Michael's Health Sciences Library.

For all new staff, please contact Dina Coronios in the Office of Research Administration (Ext. 7830) directly for your personal library barcode and PIN numbers. Please note however electronic access is only given in July and December of each year.

The University of Toronto contact for researchers is Renata Holder, 416-978-2794, r.holder@utoronto.ca.

N.B. The ORA is only responsible for research staff. Physicians must contact the University of Toronto directly.
