Positive approaches to managing conflict in the workplace can strengthen relationships and team performance. In this workshop, participants will use a validated tool to identify their preferred style when faced with conflict and to understand the preferred style of others. Using practical examples, participants will explore situations in which to apply each of the five conflict-handling modes: avoiding, competing, accommodating, compromising, and collaborating with a focus on working constructively through conflict in the workplace.
