The library offers the following services:
Literature Search Services
We perform literature searches on your topic in the appropriate databases and provide a list of relevant articles, including abstracts. The Library also helps you select or use specific databases, develop search strategies, create auto-alerts in order to receive updates on search topics.
Training
We offer customized workshops and one-on-one training on library research skills such as database searching, citation management, and systematic review protocol development. Following our needs assessment, the Library will be offering scheduled workshops at Providence. We are currently developing online workshops for all Unity Health Toronto staff. Citation Management
We offer help in managing references by using Mendeley or EndNote.
Interlibrary Loans
We provide books and articles from other libraries.
Table of Contents and Subject Alerts
We provide current issue alerts on various journals or subject areas
