Welcome to the Kidney Transplant Program

Transplant is a treatment option for people with severe kidney disease.  St. Michael's Kidney Transplant Program is one of the largest adult kidney transplant programs in Canada. We care for about 1,700 patients who have had transplants. Our team includes doctors, nurses, a social worker, a pharmacist, a dietitian and other support staff. Together, we can help you through the transplant journey, offering counseling and support.
