The COVID-19 Preparedness page for Mental Health Supports page on the UHN intranet has information and contacts for:

    • coping with loneliness, sadness and grief
    • staying calm, dealing with anxiety and trauma
    • family and financial concerns
    • coping with anger and irritability
    • using mindfulness
