Clinical decision support tool that provides easy access to the latest evidence-based medical information. To access Clinical Key on your mobile device:
Contains the Canadian Pharmacists Association's (CPhA) publications Therapeutic Choices, the Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties, and Information for Patients, as well as, Lexi-Interact (Lexicomp's Comprehensive Interaction Analysis Program).
To access to the CPS mobile App:
Go to: www.pharmacists.ca>register
Enter your existing username and password. If you do not have one, please create an account.
You will receive a “welcome” email asking you to create your CPhA password—follow the instructions
Once your password has been set, visit the “profile” icon located at the top right of the page and select “profile” from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the “Set Mobile Enterprise Code” section, enter the Organization Code 0021432 and set a CPS password and click Next.
Download the CPS mobile app from iTunes App Store on your device and use your email address and the password you just created to login.
Includes drug information databases, interactive tools, and references. Access drug information with a resource that focuses on specific dosing, dosing for kidney problems, and side effects.
To access Lexidrug on your mobile device:
While connected to the UHN network, create an account using the UHN email address on the Lexidrug website and activate your subscription within this account using the authorization Code: CMER7KAYK86G.
From your device download the Lexidrug app for iOS or Android
When prompted, login using your newly created personal login.

The STAT!Ref Core Resources Collection for Point of Care features a plethora of important clinical content applicable at the bedside. To access the resource on your mobile device:
While connected to the UHN network, access STAT!Ref and click on Profile (at the top of the page) then click on Register. Fill out the requested account information and click Register Now.
Profile has now changed to; Welcome: Your Name Here! - select the Anywhere Login Account from the drop menu next to your name.
Click the [ACTIVATE] button to enable your personalized profile account as an Anywhere Login Account.
From your device download the STAT!Ref app from Google Play or iTunes App Store and log in with your Profile/Anywhere Login Account.
When it is time to renew your account, for security reasons, you will need to access TDS Health/STAT!Ref through your institution.
Anywhere Login Accounts accounts can only be created, activated, and renewed while officially logged in through your STAT!Ref subscription from the library's access URL. This cannot be done through or while logged in from the app.
