An introduction guide to using EndNote

Create a Bibliography

1. From the upper right hand corner of the menu bar select the citation style you wish to choose from the drop down menu  

 

                                                    

 

2. To create an independent bibliography, highlight the references you want to include by either, pressing "Shift" and the down arrow to highlight OR by holding down the "Ctrl" button and selecting the individual references you want to include.

3. Once you've selected your references, right click and the below window will appear, click on "Copy Formatted"

                                                                         

 

4. Open a new document in Word, right click in the document and select "Paste", your selected citations will be copied to the document in the citation style you selected.
