DORA at UHN UHN is one of over 20 thousand other individuals and organizations across over 160 counties who are committed to improving how they assess researchers and have signed the Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA; https://sfdora.org/). Other major Canadian signatories such as the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) are taking steps to operationalize their commitment to DORA principles. This session will describe what UHN has done and is doing to align itself with DORA ideals. It will also address how these changes may affect you as researchers.
