Course Description (32 Minutes):

During this short session, participants will be introduced to a few key knowledge syntheses (KS) learning tools created by Library Services at Unity Health Toronto. These tools are aimed at those who prefer self-paced and independent learning to understand the major concepts that everyone must know before conducting a KS project. The tools are available at: https://guides.hsict.library.utoronto.ca/SMH/systematic/tools

Course Objectives:

-    Understand the purpose of the various KS tools created by the Unity Health Library Services team
-    Understand the goal and how to use each KS tool

Prerequisite: None, though we recommend having a research question in mind before using the KS tools.

Target Audience: All staff and students
